Position Overview

As a Residential Renovation Specialist at 88 Homes Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in transforming living spaces through expert renovation services. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks essential for the successful completion of home improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning: Develop and prepare detailed work schedules to ensure timely project completion.
  • Subcontractor Management: Select and oversee trade subcontractors, coordinating their activities to align with project goals.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct inspections of subcontractor work to guarantee adherence to quality standards and specifications.
  • Budget Management: Plan and manage financial resources effectively, ensuring projects remain within budget.
  • Hands-On Work: Engage in various trade tasks during home construction or renovation processes.
  • Financial Planning: Formulate and implement financial and operational strategies for projects.
  • Estimation and Bidding: Prepare comprehensive estimates and bids for construction, renovation, and restoration projects.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with clients, architects, and engineers to discuss plans and specifications.
  • Resource Management: Maintain an updated directory of suppliers and trade contractors.
  • Permit Acquisition: Ensure all necessary construction permits are secured prior to project commencement.
