    • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately.
  • Table Setting and Maintenance
    • Set tables with linens, silverware, and glassware.
    • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation
    • Maintain a clean and sanitary environment in the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms.
    • Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and equipment.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries and concerns.
    • Resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • Previous experience in a food service or hospitality environment is an asset.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
    • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
Working Conditions

The Counter Attendant will work in a fast-paced environment with frequent customer interactions. The ability to work in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude is essential.
