Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff to meet work schedules and ensure efficient food preparation and service.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards and address customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Personal Suitability: Flexibility, team player, and initiative are essential qualities for this role.
Language:

English is the primary language of communication in this role.

Work Hours:

30 to 40 hours per week.
