Job Title: Housekeeping Supervisor

Choe Management Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our office building, commercial facilities, and hotel properties.

Responsibilities:
  • Hire, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Inspect sites to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Prepare budgets and cost estimates for cleaning services.
  • Recommend additional services such as painting, repair work, or equipment replacement.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and assist cleaners with their duties.
  • Coordinate work activities with other departments and establish work schedules.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Work Environment:

Our office building, commercial facilities, and hotel properties are located in various locations. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be required to travel between sites to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
