Driver Trainer - Permanent Part-Time Hourly

Job Overview: The Driver Trainer is responsible for overseeing the management and entry of Driver Training orders. This role includes supporting representatives in preparing quotes, managing trainer schedules, coordinating bookings, and facilitating all related communications. Additionally, the position involves the importation and upkeep of all customer training participant data.

Primary Responsibilities:

Order Entry & Management

65%

  • Ensure submitted Driver Training orders are verified for compliance and audit standards.
  • Process Driver Training orders received from sales representatives, including various training materials and resources, in accordance with service level agreements.
  • Manage trainer schedules by coordinating availability and confirming sessions through effective communication with sales representatives and clients.
  • Handle cancellations and rescheduling of training sessions as necessary.
  • Plan travel arrangements for training sessions at remote locations, considering logistics and expenses.
  • Submit travel expense requests on behalf of trainers for training that requires overnight stays or travel.
  • Perform office tasks including processing payments, packaging materials, and managing internal documentation.
  • Organize and schedule training for various employees across departments as required.
  • Ensure timely processing of invoices upon completion of orders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any invoicing issues or discrepancies.

Reporting & Record Management

  • Generate reports on training records and course data as requested.
  • Assist with inquiries related to training records and certification statuses.
  • Import training data from online platforms into the internal system on a daily basis.
  • Maintain accurate records of training sessions conducted by both internal and external trainers.
  • Create and manage participant records and customer data files.
  • Distribute certifications to training participants as needed.

Client Interaction & Support

  • Handle all incoming and outgoing communications professionally.
  • Engage with external clients for specific account management and support.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new trainers.
  • Address any concerns or issues raised by trainers or clients.
  • Provide training and support to new sales representatives regarding Driver Training processes.
  • Facilitate interdepartmental communication as necessary.
