We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will play a critical role in the success of our store by making important decisions that directly impact business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of sales associates and supervisors
- Drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction through effective inventory management and visual merchandising
- Implement operational processes and procedures to ensure efficient store operations
- Monitor and control store expenses to meet budget targets
- Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives

Requirements:
- 2+ years of retail management experience
