**Job Summary**
Oldcastle APG, a leading provider of outdoor living solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Regional EHS/Safety Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees, customers, and the environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement effective safety and environmental programs to minimize risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor safety and environmental conditions, identify potential hazards, and provide guidance to facility leaders and employees.
- Collaborate with facility leaders and employees to develop and implement training programs to promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of safety and environmental incidents, including investigations, corrective actions, and follow-up activities.
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce waste, conserve resources, and promote sustainable practices throughout the organization.
- Provide technical expertise and support to facility leaders and employees on safety and environmental matters, including regulatory compliance, risk assessment, and mitigation.
- Work closely with the Regional EHS Director to develop and implement global initiatives and strategies to promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
- Monitor and report on safety and environmental performance metrics, including incident rates, injury frequencies, and environmental impact.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health and Safety, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in EHS management, with a focus on outdoor living solutions or a related industry.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing effective safety and environmental programs, with a strong emphasis on regulatory compliance and risk management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with facility leaders, employees, and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and develop effective solutions.
