Landscaping Team Lead

Okanagan Yard Works is seeking a skilled Landscaping Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our outdoor spaces. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and directing grounds maintenance, supervising staff, and ensuring the highest level of quality and productivity.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and direct grounds maintenance, including lawn care, pruning, and planting.
- Supervise and schedule staff to ensure efficient use of resources and meet deadlines.
- Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks in a physically demanding environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
