About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Restaurant Counter Attendant to join our team at Pita Pit. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and package take-out food to our high standards
    • Portion and wrap foods to order
    • Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items to meet customer expectations
  • Customer Service
    • Take customers' orders accurately and efficiently
    • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues promptly
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation
    • Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment
Work Environment and Physical Demands

This is a fast-paced environment that requires a high level of energy and attention to detail. You will be required to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move quickly around the kitchen and dining area.
