Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Property Management Agent to join our team at Malabar Residence Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and administering contracts for property services, coordinating implementation of repairs and maintenance, and ensuring timely responses to client and tenant inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and administer contracts for property services, such as maintenance and repairs
  • Coordinate implementation of maintenance and renovation projects
  • Ensure timely responses to client and tenant inquiries
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of property services and maintenance
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel
