Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Accounting and Bookkeeping: Perform accounting and bookkeeping tasks, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial analysis.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, laws, and regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word, attention to detail, fast-paced environment, repetitive tasks, tight deadlines, and work under pressure.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position, working 35 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be a team player, accurate, dependable, organized, and reliable.
