About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Drywall Installation Specialist to join our team at Crystal Drywall Corp. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for installing and finishing drywall to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation: Measure, cut, fit, and install drywall sheets to ensure a smooth and even finish.
  • Finishing: Apply successive coats of compound and sand seams and joints to achieve a high-quality finish.
  • Decorative Work: Create decorative designs in the finish coat, if required, to add a touch of elegance to our projects.
  • Preparation: Prepare wall and ceiling layouts to ensure accurate installation.
  • Physical Demands: Handle heavy loads, stand for extended periods, and work in a physically demanding environment.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in drywall installation and finishing
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Work Environment

As a Drywall Installation Specialist at Crystal Drywall Corp, you will work in a fast-paced construction environment with various locations. You will be required to work 40 hours per week and may be required to work overtime during peak periods.
