In this position, you will play a vital role in the cultivation process, ensuring our products meet the highest industry standards. Your responsibilities will encompass various stages from planting to harvesting and trimming dried cannabis flowers, utilizing your technical skills and enthusiasm for the industry to contribute to our mission.Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the facilities team to manage all stages of the cultivation process, including planting, harvesting, and caring for dried cannabis. Oversee the trimming of dried cannabis flowers, adhering to established guidelines to ensure product quality. Enhance facility operations by identifying areas for improvement, maintaining equipment, and promoting a safe and healthy environment for both plants and personnel. Undertake additional tasks and special projects as assigned by the Company.
