Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead technical needs assessments for multi-stakeholder geospatial solution discovery projects
  • Foster engagement and develop effective requirement gathering strategies
  • Assess client business requirements and identify best technology solutions from among alternatives
  • Develop and assess information related to architecture and data management options, policies, standards, and methods
  • Evaluate directions, trends, standards, and policies in a complex and evolving environment
Requirements:
  • Experience leading technical needs assessments for multi-stakeholder geospatial solution discovery projects
  • Experience fostering engagement and developing effective requirement gathering strategies
  • Strong business analysis skills, including business and use case modeling, conceptual and logical data modeling
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge and experience of geospatial data and development
  • Experience leading geospatial based projects
  • Experience with ArcGIS Portal and/or ArcGIS Online
  • Experience with business analysis processes, tools, technology, methodologies, and modeling expertise
