  • Merchandise and Services: Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and implement price and credits policies.
  • Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote sales and growth.
  • Financial Management: Plan budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and determine staffing requirements.
  • Customer Service: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
  • Recruitment and Training: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers, and conduct performance reviews.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
