Logistics Coordinator

Job Title: Dispatcher
Job Summary:
Stericycle is seeking a Dispatcher to provide timely response to customer inquiries, schedule pick-ups, and dispatch vehicles on a pre-set route for efficient customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Customer Service with customer requests, route changes, and rescheduling for pickups/missed stops
- Provide highest level of customer service to all customers in line with Customer 1st objectives
- Monitor, process, and escalate SFDC cases to supervisor
- Assist walk-in customers and drivers with problems/issues as issues arise
- Review and update routes, new customers based on daily communication, and reroutes existing customers as required
- Ensure that routes are balanced daily
- Assist Trans Supervisor/Manager as needed/directed
- Update SAP data / notes
- Communicate performance standards and objectives
- Keep staff informed of current problems, changes, and new developments in the department and company
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ Years' experience in Transportation, Logistics, Routing, and Customer Service
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
