Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our team at Hilton Garden Inn Halifax Airport. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guest rooms and public areas.

Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors, make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closet, clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, disinfect operating rooms and other areas.
  • Guest Services: Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, pick up debris and empty trash containers, perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, clean changing rooms and showers.
  • Communication: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
