Rebuyer

Slegg Building Materials is seeking a skilled Rebuyer to join our team. As a Rebuyer, you will work closely with vendors and the purchasing team to ensure our inventory levels remain in stock for various categories, including bagged cement products, brick and block, pavers, bulk sand and gravel, seasonal, and composite siding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure they remain in stock at all times.
• Process purchase orders and amend auto-generated purchase orders as needed.
• Communicate and resolve SKU maintenance issues with vendors and the purchasing team.
• Collaborate with vendors to track and improve on-time fill rates of orders.
• Ensure accurate inventory accounting and control.
• Participate in quarterly inventory counts to maintain accuracy.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of building supplies and materials.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Organized, self-motivated, and flexible with a willingness to learn.
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
