We are seeking a Part-Time Mobile Security Guard to join our team at a healthcare setting in Winnipeg. As a member of the GardaWorld team, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the safety and security of client assets, tenants, and visitors to the assignment area in a professional and courteous manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct mobile parking patrols as per post orders and instructions from the supervisor
  • Provide traffic control and work collaboratively with the onsite supervisor
  • Escort visitors and issue passes for authorized areas
  • Ensure all doors are closed and vacant areas have lights off
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment
  • Respond to emergencies, assist EMS, and perform other duties as required
  • Document and report issues using electronic devices
  • Adhere to all company standards and site orders
Requirements:
  • Valid Manitoba Security Guard license
  • Fluent in English, both written and oral
  • 1-2 years of experience as a security guard in customer-facing roles
  • High school education or equivalent
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Valid Class 5 Driver's License
