About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at Maximum Home Support Services Inc. As a Home Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing essential care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Laundering and Household Duties: You will be responsible for laundering clothing and household linens, as well as performing light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a clean and safe living environment.
  • Personal Care: You will provide personal care to our clients, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Meal Preparation: You will prepare and serve nutritious meals to our clients, taking into account their dietary needs and preferences.
  • Client Focus: You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide care and support that is tailored to their individual requirements.
Requirements
  • Certificate of Conduct: You will be required to undergo a criminal record check and provide a Certificate of Conduct.
  • Reference: You will be required to provide a reference from a previous employer or supervisor.
  • Work Conditions: You will be required to work in a variety of locations, including clients' homes, and may be required to lift, bend, and stand for long periods of time.
