In this position, you will provide guidance and support to EHS professionals and internal stakeholders regarding environmental health and safety issues. Your key responsibilities will encompass conducting thorough incident investigations, offering support to clients and auditors, and spearheading hazardous waste management initiatives. We are looking for a candidate who possesses a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, EHS certification, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in EHS and industrial hygiene. If you are a motivated individual with excellent interpersonal abilities and a dedication to fostering a safer workplace, we invite you to consider this opportunity.
Key Responsibilities- Offer guidance and support on EHS-related matters.
- Conduct comprehensive incident investigations and risk evaluations.
- Oversee hazardous waste management initiatives.
- Design and implement safety programs and training sessions.
- Coordinate health and safety reviews prior to project initiation.
- Execute industrial hygiene assessments and programs.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- EHS Certification or Diploma.
- Canadian Registered Safety Professional (CRSP) or Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) designation is advantageous.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in EHS and industrial hygiene.
