Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our team at RONA. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with customers, and contributing to the achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed of new products and their technical applications, and provide customers with expert advice on product selection and usage.
  • Sales Targets: Contribute to the achievement of sales targets by promoting products, identifying sales opportunities, and building relationships with customers.
  • Store Operations: Work in accordance with the store's policies and procedures on loss prevention and health and safety, and perform other related tasks to ensure the store runs smoothly.
Requirements
  • Experience: Experience in a similar sales role is required.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, product knowledge, and sales skills.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
