Sales Team Lead

At Terra Nova Liquor Store, we are seeking a skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer service, with experience in managing a team and driving sales growth. The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for assigning sales workers to duties, authorizing returns, and preparing reports on sales volumes and personnel matters. Additionally, the Sales Supervisor will be responsible for resolving customer complaints and supply shortages, organizing and maintaining inventory, and supervising and coordinating the activities of sales workers. The Sales Supervisor will also be responsible for managing cash and ensuring that sales operations are running smoothly. If you have a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. The Sales Supervisor will work a permanent schedule of 30 to 40 hours per week, with the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
