Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a talented and experienced QA Test Automation Solutions Architect to join our dynamic Information Technology team. This role is pivotal in managing comprehensive test automation initiatives across various functions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architectural evaluation, design, and analysis of test automation systems.
- Ensure all test automation technologies and environments are current and effective.
- Collaborate with functional and business teams to adopt innovative working methods.
- Develop robust automation solutions tailored to specific business processes.
- Define and enhance frameworks with reusable code, ensuring high standards throughout the automation lifecycle.
- Review solution designs and code to maintain quality assurance.
- Mentor team members on best practices and refine ongoing processes.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in test automation, with at least 4 years in solution design and architecture roles.
- Proficiency in automation development and experience with leading technologies such as UiPath RPA.
- Strong understanding of Enterprise Architecture and IT systems.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant certifications in Solution Architecture and Advanced Development.
- Experience in managing vendor relationships and exploring innovative working practices.
