Parts Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Parts Manager to join our team at Georgetown Chrysler Dodge Jeep 2008 ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our parts department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our inventory is managed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of parts and accessories, ensuring that inventory levels are accurate and up-to-date.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Staff Management: Supervise and train a team of parts staff, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to determine consumer demand and identify opportunities to increase sales.
- Merchandise Planning: Plan and implement merchandise strategies to ensure that our inventory is aligned with customer demand.
- Financial Management: Manage the parts department budget, ensuring that expenses are controlled and that revenue targets are met.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a parts management role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Physical Demands: Standing for extended periods, handling heavy loads, and attention to detail.
