At Pick Up Construction Ltd., we are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with experience in preparing and submitting budget estimates, hiring and supervising subcontractors, and planning and preparing construction schedules and milestones. The successful candidate will also have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions, and develop and implement quality control programs. The role will involve planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations, as well as preparing contracts and negotiating revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements. If you have a strong educational background, with a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, and have experience working in various locations, we encourage you to apply. The ideal candidate will have 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of the construction industry and its best practices. The position will require the ability to work 30 to 35 hours per week, with a permanent employment status and a working language of English.
