Job Title: Inside Sales Representative

Crane Supply is Canada's premier distributor of quality pipe, valves, and fittings. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the PVF market and its commercial aspects.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospect customers to drive commercial sales.
  • Prepare quotations, bids, and estimates for customers.
  • Receive and process customer orders and respond to inquiries.
  • Provide pricing, product availability, and schedule information.
  • Suggest alternate products to meet customer needs.
  • Establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through urgency and action.
  • Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals.
Qualifications:
  • Accredited college or university degree in sales, commerce, or business management.
