Housekeeping Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Smoky Lake Inn. As a key member of our hospitality services team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Hire, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure exceptional service standards.
- Inspect facilities to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
- Recommend and arrange for additional services as needed, such as painting, repairs, or equipment replacement.
- Assist cleaners in performing duties and coordinate work activities with other departments.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, initiative, judgement, and reliability.
This is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. The successful candidate will be required to stand for extended periods, handle heavy loads, and perform tasks that involve bending, crouching, and kneeling.
