Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fitness Coach to join our team at Devi Projects Ltd. As a Fitness Coach, you will be responsible for leading and instructing groups and individuals in various fitness activities, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and instruct fitness activities: Demonstrate and teach various fitness techniques, including athletic, sports, and recreational activities.
  • Plan and execute fitness programs: Develop and implement fitness programs for groups and individuals, ensuring a well-rounded and engaging experience.
  • Maintain equipment and facilities: Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of sports equipment and facilities, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Provide customer service: Offer exceptional customer service, responding to participant inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Monitor and report: Monitor participant progress and report any concerns or issues to management.
Requirements
  • Certifications: Hold current certifications in CPR and First Aid.
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
