Job Title: Bartender Helper

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bartender Helper to join our team at The Kash Nightclub. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our bar area.

Responsibilities:
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Load buspans and trays with dirty dishes and utensils for washing.
  • Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware to the highest standards of cleanliness.
  • Place clean dishes in storage areas to maintain a well-organized kitchen.
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment to prevent cross-contamination.
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Transport dirty dishes and utensils to the dishroom for washing.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) and stand for long periods.
  • Reliability and punctuality to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Will train and learn new skills to excel in the role.
Working Conditions:
  • Work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Work in a team environment with a focus on collaboration and communication.
  • Work in a kitchen environment with exposure to heat, noise, and physical demands.
Language:
  • English or French language proficiency is required.
Work Schedule:
  • 16 to 24 hours per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts.
