Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at Great Canadian Gaming Corporation. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform housekeeping and heavy cleaning duties in assigned areas, ensuring a high level of cleanliness and organization.
  • Assist in maintaining good public relations with patrons by providing exceptional customer service.
  • Work under AGCO regulations to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, policies, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve a safe and hazard-free environment.
Requirements
  • Secondary school diploma or equivalent working experience and education.
  • Experience in the related field of one (1) or more years, preferred.
  • Organizational, interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and shift work.
  • Ability to obtain registration as a Category 2 Gaming Assistant with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario.
Work Environment Considerations
  • Standing or walking for long periods of time, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending, stretching, cleaning, some exposure to heat and cold, some exposure to smoke, some exposure to verbal abuse, non-traditional work hours.
