**Job Summary**

The York Region District School Board is seeking a highly qualified and experienced educator to fill a teaching position in Computers, Engineering, and Robotics. The successful candidate will have a strong background in computer science, engineering, and robotics, and will be responsible for teaching a variety of courses to students in grades 9-12.

**Responsibilities**

  • Teach computer science, engineering, and robotics courses to students in grades 9-12
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners
  • Assess student progress and provide feedback to students and parents
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in computer science, engineering, and robotics education

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor of Education degree from a recognized institution
  • Appropriate certification and qualifications to teach in Ontario
  • Experience teaching computer science, engineering, and robotics courses
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and students
