At Envoyage, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Member Support Leader to join our team in Toronto, Canada. As a Member Support Leader, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our members by providing exceptional support and guidance throughout their membership journey.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to improve member satisfaction and retention
- Provide timely and effective support to members through various channels, including email, phone, and in-person
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve member issues and concerns
- Conduct regular check-ins with members to ensure their needs are being met and provide feedback to the team
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance member experience
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a membership-based organization
- Proven track record of improving member satisfaction and retention
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
