About the Team
The cabin interior systems integration team for the Global and Challenger families of business jets is a dynamic group that ensures the seamless operation of all electrical, cabin management, and telecommunications systems. This encompasses lighting systems, audio and video entertainment, appliances, cameras, and security, all aimed at ensuring an exceptional flying experience.
Your Contributions to the Team
- Review, analyze, and comprehend client specification documents;
- Define and design the configuration of cabin systems;
- Produce and validate the electrical definition documentation for systems, such as electrical schematics;
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders;
- Define and conduct functional and robustness tests of systems on test benches to assess interfaces and ensure the highest quality product under all conditions;
- Ensure and document compliance with aircraft certification regulations;
- Support production aircraft by diagnosing and swiftly resolving anomalies;
- Maintain a creative and innovative mindset to identify improvements in current practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
How to Thrive in This Role? Skills, Knowledge & Experience:
- A university degree in electrical or aerospace engineering or equivalent.
- Over 10 years of experience, with cabin systems experience being an asset.
- Experience with technical business aircraft interiors.
- Familiarity with supplier management.
- Experience in the design or integration of complex electrical systems.
- Proficiency in working with electrical schematics, test environments, and debugging electrical systems.
- Experience with AutoCAD or relevant electrical conceptual software.
- Self-motivated, a team player, capable of working with minimal supervision, and possessing strong project management skills.
- Good communication skills in both French and English.
- Demonstrated initiative and accountability for actions, along with sound technical judgment.
