Job Title: Long Haul Truck Driver

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Long Haul Truck Driver to join our team at IHAUL Trucking. As a Long Haul Truck Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods across the country, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive a tractor-trailer combination over long distances, often exceeding 500 miles per day.
  • Load and unload goods, ensuring accurate and efficient handling.
  • Perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle is in good working condition.
  • Communicate with dispatch and other drivers to coordinate routes and schedules.
  • Maintain accurate records of hours of service, fuel consumption, and cargo information.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Long Haul Truck Driver.
  • Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
