Ag Equipment Monitoring and Maintenance Expert

Pattison Agriculture is seeking a highly skilled Machine Monitoring and Tooling Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for providing centralized service support functions, ensuring the efficient operation of our equipment and tools.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will have the following key responsibilities:
- Machine Monitoring: Manage Expert Alerts for all locations, verify accuracy through customer contact, create Work Orders, and communicate information to responsible Service Departments.
- Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs): Manage DTCs through the Machine Health dashboard, verify accuracy, create Work Orders, and communicate information to responsible Service Departments.
- Tool Management: Manage NMQ Tooling needs, manufactured tooling requirements, and ensure weight-bearing tooling and lifting devices meet OHS standards.
- Technical Communicator: Assist as a Technical Communicator, providing support for Technicians, Service Managers, and IS Departments to resolve critical product problems.
- Standard Job Pricing: Assist in creating, maintaining, and monitoring Standard Job Pricing databases, and building and pricing service packages.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Demonstrated outstanding customer service and communications skills.
- Proven experience solving problems effectively.
- Experience using computer software such as Microsoft Office, Dealer Business System, and internet-based systems.
- Ability to self-manage and work independently.
- Ability to write and speak effectively to individuals and groups.
- Ability to analyze and interpret internal and external reports.
- Valid driver's license required.
- 5+ years' experience in Ag dealership operations with a technical background.
- Understanding of Connected Support and the tools utilized.
