About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Gluer to join our team at Comptoirs Verte Feuille inc. in a furniture manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to ensure accurate assembly of furniture components.
  • Assemble and glue furniture parts together, ensuring a high level of quality and attention to detail.
  • Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, meeting production deadlines and maintaining a safe and efficient workflow.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve production goals and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including standing for extended periods and handling heavy loads.
  • Excellent oral communication and teamwork skills.
Work Environment
  • Work in a manufacturing environment with a focus on furniture assembly.
  • Work with a variety of materials, including wood and other composites.
  • May be required to work overtime to meet production deadlines.
