Retail Store Manager

Cottonwood Esso is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our sales floor, ensuring a positive customer experience, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and efficient stockroom operations.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Merchandise and Operations: Authorize payments, order merchandise, and manage store operations to ensure a smooth and efficient retail environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail experience, with a strong background in sales, customer service, and inventory management.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
