Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance and Repair Professional to join our team at Plasman. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on our equipment and machinery.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively complete maintenance work, including electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and general repair and maintenance of all equipment to maintain quality and production levels.
- Troubleshoot equipment and miscellaneous downtime issues.
- Perform preventative maintenance of equipment within manufacturers' specifications.
- Collaborate with fellow maintenance technicians to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations.
- Work 3 shifts, including days, afternoons, and midnights, as required.
Requirements
- Minimum of three years' experience in an industrial maintenance environment.
- Preference given to candidates with experience working in a plastic injection molding environment and knowledge in the areas of PLC (OMRON/AB), Robotics (Fanuc, Nachi, Kuka), electrical, mechanical, and hydraulics.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
