Job Overview:

• Responsible for the installation, disconnection, and troubleshooting of cable and internet services at client locations.
• Engage in promoting and selling various products and services.

Customer Engagement:

• Deliver outstanding customer service.
• Actively listen to customer requirements and respond with appropriate solutions.

Key Duties:

• Set up necessary equipment for customer connectivity.
• Ensure all equipment is functioning correctly.
• Handle customer cancellation inquiries.
• Conduct maintenance and repair tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Educational qualifications in electronics, telecommunications, or a related discipline.
• Experience in the installation of telecommunications systems.

Work Hours:

37.50 hours per week, with flexibility required from Sunday to Saturday.

Compensation:

Hourly wage for Class 1 technical service ranges from $24.54 to $38.08.

Reports to the Assistant Director of Technical Operations.
