We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef to join our team at PARC Communities Management. As a Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, supervising kitchen staff and helpers, and maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the needs of our residents.
  • Team Management: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient and effective kitchen operations.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure optimal kitchen operations.
  • Staff Recruitment and Training: Recruit and train new staff members to ensure a skilled and efficient kitchen team.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
  • Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
