Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Home Support Worker to provide essential assistance to our clients in a comfortable and safe environment. This role is crucial in enhancing the quality of life for individuals in need of personal care.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
Work Environment

The ideal candidate will work in a non-smoking environment, ensuring a pleasant atmosphere for both clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer bedside and personal care
  • Assist clients with bathing and personal hygiene
  • Encourage and assist in regular exercise, such as walking
  • Provide feeding assistance as needed
  • Launder clothing and household linens
  • Mend clothing and linens as required
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Offer companionship and emotional support
  • Shop for food and household supplies
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals
Certifications
