We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at CB Canada. As a QA Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the Salesforce CRM QA process and identifying opportunities to improve testing success criteria and confidence in the CRM platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and deliver end-to-end testing, including defect life cycle management within the CRM project.
  • Analyze, develop, document, and execute test cases and scripts from user stories.
  • Train and coach internal staff on necessary tools and best practices for determining success QA.
  • Work closely with the business analyst to review functional and non-functional requirements to ensure requirements traceability.
  • Build testing strategies and timelines for execution to meet project schedules.
  • Define validation processes, acceptance criteria, and reporting mechanisms to assist with decision-making.
  • Outline UAT support models and operational readiness conditions.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of relevant QA technical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience with defining and implementing automated end-to-end test plans, regression testing.
  • 1-3 years of experience in testing Salesforce or other CRM.
  • Experience with creating SOQL (Salesforce Object Query Language).
  • Good understanding of SF architecture and concepts.
  • Good understanding of testing concepts and different types of testing.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
