As a Security and Customer Care Specialist, you will greet customers upon their arrival and provide exceptional service while supporting our security initiatives. You will work collaboratively with store staff and may be assigned additional responsibilities as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver outstanding customer service and support to all patrons and staff. Address security alarms and conduct receipt checks as necessary. Identify safety risks (e.g., spills, wet floors) and implement appropriate measures to ensure customer safety. Promptly escalate any emergencies or critical situations. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on activities. Perform additional duties as required.Required Qualifications:
Previous experience in a retail setting is preferred. Ability to build strong relationships with store teams. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on relationship building. Professional, approachable, and friendly demeanor. Capacity to remain composed in high-pressure situations. Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
