Job Title: Automotive Glass Technician

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Glass Technician to join our team at Aspen Auto Glass. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and replacing automotive glass components.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Estimate repair costs based on damage examination reports
  • Inspect repaired vehicles to ensure high-quality workmanship
  • Plan and execute repair work to meet customer expectations
  • Provide exceptional customer service and professionalism
  • Clean and maintain workspaces to ensure a safe and efficient work environment
  • Operate soldering equipment and use plastic filler to fill holes, dents, and seams
  • Repair or replace damaged windows, windshields, and sunroofs
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the automotive glass industry
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require bending, crouching, and kneeling
