Job Summary:

The Parks Foundation is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Director of Financial Operations to oversee all aspects of financial management, human resources, and risk management for the organization. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Director of Financial Operations will play a critical role in ensuring the financial health and sustainability of the organization as it continues to serve the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Manage financial risk and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Lead the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to drive business decisions and strategy

  • Proven experience in financial management and leadership
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
