Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Oversee the management of our branch, including the supervision of staff, management of resources, and implementation of operational strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Labor Management: Lead and develop a high-performing team of operations managers, supervisors, and technicians, providing guidance, training, and coaching to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
- Customer Management: Foster strong relationships with customers, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, implement cost control measures, and optimize net maintenance cost per unit to meet short and long-term financial goals.
- Asset Management: Direct the maintenance of assigned locations, including sustaining 6S standards, executing asset management initiatives, and providing expert insight during business unit asset management reviews.
- Quality Management: Perform complex quality planning, develop corrective action and countermeasures, and maintain control/visibility over shop floor activities to ensure proper root cause diagnosis and optimized yield on all parts/components.
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience in a shop environment, with exposure to working with strategic labor, financial, operating, quality, safety, and asset processes, as well as related metrics.
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to work with reporting systems, problem-solving skills, and ability to lead, train, and develop a self-directed management workforce.
