Palliative Care Specialist Opportunity at North York General Hospital

Position Summary

  • Provide expert mentorship, education, and coaching in palliative care to healthcare professionals
  • Establish and maintain relationships with community partners, physicians, and other stakeholders
  • Demonstrate leadership, change management, and problem-solving skills to drive quality improvement initiatives in palliative care
  • Support the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives in palliative care

Qualifications

  • Regulated healthcare professional with a strong background in palliative care
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in palliative care, with a proven track record of success
  • Experience in adult learning techniques and quality improvement initiatives, with a focus on palliative care
  • Master's degree in a health-related field, preferred
