Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Direct and supervise a team of food service staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
    • Establish and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Food Service Operations
    • Oversee the daily operations of the food service department, including food preparation, presentation, and service.
    • Ensure that all food safety and sanitation standards are met.
  • Inventory and Supply Management
    • Manage inventory levels and ensure that all necessary supplies are ordered and stocked.
    • Monitor and control food and supply costs.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all customers receive excellent service and that their needs are met.
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Reporting and Record Keeping
    • Prepare and submit regular reports on food service operations, including sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of food service operations.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced restaurant environment with a high volume of customers. The work environment is physically demanding and requires standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, and kneeling.
