About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Sales Manager to join our team at Indian Head Esso. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate Daily Operations: Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and optimize store performance.
  • Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Develop and implement effective sales strategies, manage inventory, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure seamless store operations.
  • Implement Price and Credits Policies: Develop and maintain accurate pricing and credits policies to ensure compliance with company standards and maximize sales revenue.
  • Locate, Select, and Procure Merchandise for Resale: Identify and source high-quality products that meet customer demands and company standards.
  • Plan Budgets and Monitor Revenues and Expenses: Develop and manage budgets, track sales revenue, and monitor expenses to ensure financial stability and growth.
  • Resolve Issues and Improve Customer Satisfaction: Address customer complaints, resolve issues promptly, and implement measures to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Recruit, Hire, and Supervise Staff: Identify, recruit, and develop top talent to join our sales team, and provide guidance and support to ensure team members meet performance expectations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
  • Green Job: Involves duties and responsibilities that lead to positive environmental outcomes
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
